One day

One day I looked out the window and I thought it was worth it
Silver Blue series by Francisca Ribeiro

These Easter holidays were spent in the city, in loved Lisbon. In the Easter Sunday afternoon, while lying on the bed looking how the sunset was being shaped by these old buildings filled with history and life, I’ve overheard feasting voices coming from below. Talking about food and life and love and this strong lady’s voice somehow stayed with me saying: “One day I looked down the window and I thought he wasn't worth it.” A few minutes later these collage happened, looking out the window and thinking how beauty makes us remember the divine in all things.

A Path To Soundness

I’m so grateful to my masters and guides for reminding me everyday that magic is real, that everything is possible. I’ve made this tinkerbell fairy as a present to a very special friend and her little princess and since Reiki was in its origin I share with you the five Reiki precepts based on a phrase in the opening page of a book "Kenzen-no-genri" or "The Principal of Soundness" written by Dr. Suzuki Bizan.

"A Path To Soundness" reads:

Today only
Be not angry,
Be not fearful,
With honesty,
Perform diligently your duty,
Be kind to others.
